  Now What?

  Just got my first pole! But I am feeling overwhelmed with free lessons, paid lessons, books and dvds. Not sure where to start and how to keep going.

  The 30 day takeoff here is widely regarded as the best way to start poling.

  yep, start with lessons here. 30 day program will get you started on the right path. lessons here are very thorough, easy to understand. when you buy lessons here, you have unlimited access to ALL lessons. the 30day takeoff is just one small part of the lessons. you can get a year’s worth of unlimited access for what you would pay for a month’s worth of lessons at a studio.

  Everything in the lessons from the 30 day take off, to the lessons themselves are easy to use and in order! 💜
