Nothing works as fast a squats! I have a pole squat in the lesson videos the version with on leg is killer. Squats will give you a killer booty too!! Also the pole leg lifts they work the front of the thigh and hipflexers.

So good pole moves would be the split spin and straight leg chair. I’m in a rush so when I think of more I’ll add them. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_geek.gif

Hi Taylor, I’ve battled with thunder thighs for awhile,(my legs were BIG from my pregnancy) and I do plie squats with weights, move to hamstring curls, and do lunges last, combined with cardio of your choice. The upper body workout we get from our beloved pole definitely helps with balancing out the pear shape we can get. If you engage those glute muscles during a squat and a lunge you’ll really target the muscle.

Also if you can get yourself to do it running has given me killer shapely thighs, legs, and a booty https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif My thighs have always been thunderous and they got a little bigger from running but at least they’re definied now! And yes squats are also fantastic you can even do them while you watch tv!

One thing that I do is take and do a plie squat…but with your butt almost to the floor..hold onto the pole and do slow hip circles while VERY SLOWLY rising to standing and then back down. I can really feel that work the thighs, butt, hip flexors and lower abs. It helps loosen up your hips too!
