Missed 2 days of workouts, skipping to Cardio!
Today I am too tempted to work on flexy again. Usually I alternate strength training days with cardio days and the cardio workouts end with lots of flexy training. Well. I missed two days of that and should technically be getting back with strength work but I am progressing slowly with that and I have splits for Christmas on the mind… hehehe 😉
Usually I get addicted to weight days but since I'm doing this from home rather than school for the semester I don't have the benefit of a well equipped weight room. Do you guys have a preference for weight workouts or cardio?
