Online video round:
This past Wednesday was the deadline for our first online round which was for the Elite division. We received many great applications and the judges are working through the process of evaluating the videos now. Finalists will be notified by Wednesday 6/22 at the latest.

The next round is both the Master's (age 40 and over US and Canada applicants) and Rookie (no inverts, Midwest states only) divisions and the deadline to submit online videos and application is 6/30 at 11:59pm CST.

Tickets will be on sale within a week as soon as we sort out a few more items with the company we are working with.

Accomodations:

There are several other hotels in the vicinity but the convention center hotel, a Holiday Inn Select, is conveniently attached to the hotel with a walk way. Guests of the convention will receive a discount when they book a standard room at the Holiday Inn.

Workshops:
We are still negotiating with our final judge and until we confirm that judge we cannot finalize our workshop schedules. We hope to have this done within the week.

Workshops will be held on Sunday 8/28 from 9am through 6pm at the convention center hotel. Costs for most workshops will be $75 for 90 minutes with 16 students per workshop on 8 XStages.
