    Here’s a book I highly recommend:

The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Clair Davies

I got it while I was in massage school, and I’ve used it sooooooo much. It goes through most of the muscles and discusses their pain referral patterns, and how to self treat. It amazed me how pain was often times caused by a muscle that was not at the site of the pain.

Poling is such an all over body intense workout. This can help you hunt down where your various pains are coming from. I also love it that the book is geared toward self care.
