  MPD Germany vids from Gala

  I went to the opening gala of "Pole Dance Academy" back in July and saw MPDG Jeannine Wilkerling perform these dances. It is so amazing to see an accomplished pole dancer live… much more awe-inspiring to see the person 5 feet away from you and not on a small frame on the computer. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif She is strong and flexible but yes, not very dancy. I actually watched an old vid of her’s from her 2007 or 2008 competition and one of the judges actually said that being sexy in the MPD Germany competition would disqualify the performer (or take off serious points). I guess that explains the more athletic pole dance of German pole dance competitors?

  I took video of all the performances at the Gala but Jeannine didn’t want me to post them. She has now posted her own vids from the Gala with some editing. So here they are:

  Trio – Beginner Level

  Solo – Jeannine Wilkerling
  (I think this was her dance/choreography for the MPD World comp. in Jamaica too)
