  Karol Helms Workshops! Rochester, NY July 10th

  HI Ladies!!

   

  USPDF Miss Sexy  2010  will be coming to Rochester, NY July 10th doing three levels of workshops at Goddess Hour Dance & Fitness Studio.

  Workshops offered are: Slow & Controlled Flow (all levels) 3:00

                                              Karol's Rockin Combos (must be able to invert) 5:00

                                  Karol's  Sick Tricks (must be executing inverted moves comfortably)7:00
