based on this funny ‘what’s your pole style’ video.It was suggested that more/faster/harder hair flicking was a good thing and epic hi-speed hair whirling shouldn’t just be confined to floor or climbing or the odd spin but used at every opportunity – so it became an unofficial challenge.
I just attempted to fit in random high speed hair whirling during a freestyle to bluegrass gospel music; unfortunately I chopped my long hair off this year so it’s more like head banging whilst on spin mode!

You ladies are great!! I attempted the flag as few times yesterday. By the time i grabbed my camera, company was here and the thought disappeared. However I’m so in for this Russian Hair whipping.
Sounds like a good ol fashion neck ache:)
