July challenge
Since it’s going to be the 4th of July, I think it might be cool to do a “Flag” challenge! Put on some red white and blue and show us your best flag move, or flag attempt. Patriotism meets pole….

This move is yet to be something I can do. Stupid forearms won’t let me weight bear so I’ll sit this one out, but I can’t wait to see everyone’s amazing flags x

Since July 1st is Canada Day, the Canadians need to do this with red and white! 😉

I like flags (although they crush my boobs, fortunately I have not much left in the boobs and booty department these days!) Can’t aeriel flag yet only from floor. No patriotic July holidays for Brits but a challenge is a challenge!
Are we doing Russian ghetto hairography challenge as well??

Ooo that’s right the hair challenge!! I def think we should do both 🙂 and don’t worry about the aerial flag I can only do the half flag from the floor! It’s the thought that counts 🙂

NOt everybody are patriotic, fact his canadian flag don’t inspire me much. Hair challenge on the other hand sound good to me, could even play with wigs

I am going to ask my husband to photo mine when he gets back from work. Monday is a national holiday here so that will be my excuse 😉 (although I am British not Caymanian) -

He cut my head off in all 4 pics! Except one – the only one where I’m actually straight and toes together – and shot straight head to camera so you can’t see a damn thing argh.

Love it. Your hips face the floor more than mine do. I like it the way you do it, it looks so graceful, but I just couldn’t get mine to go that way.
I have this awful bruise right above my boob. I think I probably need to work on finding a different sweet spot.
