July 24th Pole Fit Workshop

Hi – I thought I would post this – I hope it’s okay.

I am running a workshop in Commerce, Michigan. This is a Pole Fitness workshop. We will be using the pole to perform exercise and using it as a stabilizer.

This workshop will focus on building arm strength, building core muscles and working on technical aspects of pole dance such as how to grip the the pole, where to grip the pole and we’ll learn a little pole aerobics routine that you can take home and practice.

This workshop is designed to compliment pole dancing – we’ll cover the different aspects of pole dance and how to engage your muscles safely and how to stretch safely and you will also walk away with a stretch routine to improve overall flexibility but we will have some special stretches for splits.

I only have 12 spots and 6 are taken up. Price is $20

that sounds like such a cool & useful workshop, and its so inexpensive too! i feel like i miss out on so much living all the way over here!!

Wow, this sounds like fun. What time does this workshop begin and end?

Hi Hotkiss – the workshop is an hour and 15 minutes. It’s going to be in Commerce Township about 5-10 minutes from Novi.

This workshop is more focused on people who have already started pole dancing but will also be open to people who have never touched a pole. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I am getting so excited!!! I’ve been wanting to do something like this for a really long time.

I believe Chicago is about a 5-6 hour drive here.
