Whoop whoop! Stars!!!
@Lucca. I do love your cards! Im too lazy to make my own. But I love them!
I was just thinking of something fun for a kick starter… And Veena basically has photos of all the moves in the gallery, so it might not be toooooo much more work (but probably is). I was just thinking how if someone was using them during open pole time or had this ring of cards hanging from their gym bag that could be good to bring people to the site. I know the ultimate goal is the lessons, but like I said sometimes people like to have something physical.. At least until they get used to seeing Veena and wanting more… Someone might have a pic of veena doing some move on the card and think “yeah I should sign up for the lessons so I can do that!”
I also think I may not have bought the PDA book right away (and paid extra for a signature and sketch) but I just was into the kickstarter idea and it was fun and wanted to help support and idea and make it come a reality. I’d def pay extra for a Veena signed book or cards too!

I really like the star idea. So effective 🙂 However I really hope that eventually there will be an option to pay for lessons other than paypal, credit-card, wire transfer etc.

I’ve had a yearly subscription and the monthly subscriptions on and off. I’ve been meaning to get back to the lessons because frankly, they’re the best around. But between this stupid student loan and wonky retail hours, I usually don’t have enough to repurchase. ðŸ˜

This thread came to mind and I wanted to update everyone. For those who were craving content we have added a new section call QUICK LESSONS. I’ve been added to them almost everyday, and sometimes up to 2 new lessons a day! These lessons include, tons of combos, workout tips and I’ve already added spinning pole, Advanced and Elite pole work. I’ll be added Chair and other fun things to these lessons as well. Here’s a link to an example of one of the new quick lessons. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/548db28d-2b84-4941-b388-27ed0a9aa0eb 🙂

I can’t wait to get my lessons back one month without them and it seems like forever… 😉 can you give an idea of how long your $79 deal will last ??? Must get it on that.. And I know a few ladies currently looking for lessons as well (my sister just got a pole!) thanks Veena

I haven’t purchased the lessons because I don’t have a pole at home.
-
Show the sale ends Wednesday 🙂
Poleisnewtome….there are TONS of non pole lessons here. Some of the best things you can do at home are conditioning, none of these lessons require a pole. I’ve also got a bunch of Flexibility lessons, and routines along with a few other full length routines that do not require a pole.

If I buy the year lessons now at the discount will it start once my subscription runs out? My subscriptions ends next month.
-
Use the contact form and we can get you set up with the sale 💜
-
Oh shoot wed really dang it! I need to get my silks lessons paid for 🙂 :/ ? Maybe next month:) thanks Veena

The lessons start as soon as you purchase them or at the end of your current subscription period.
-
Not to butt in but could you buy yourself a gift card and then activate it next month? Or doesn’t it work like that… Just being nosey 😜
-
For me it is not the price, as this would be much cheaper than in-person lessons which I can’t afford right now. I am just nervous about buying a years worth of lessons and then it not being what I expected. Having a longer trial period would be a great idea (7-14 day trial). I signed up for the 3 day trial but then life happened and I didn’t get to actually use it. I will probably just suck it up and buy it in the next few months and hope it is what is expected.

I would love to do more lessons, but because we live in the mountains we have to use Dish Network for internet service. I noticed when playing Veena videos, it eats up a lot of my GBs for the month. Way more then say Youtube videos. So up here we cannot stream tv or movies due to that as well. Any suggestions?
-
Beccaf, I felt the same way, I did the 3 day trial, like you said things get in the way and I didn’t get to try it. But the bit that I did see, I could see that Veena is a very good instructor. You will have more than you can use, beginner all the way to advanced, choreography too, and more. You won’t regret it.This I could bet on.

For me, I don’t have a credit card. I keep meaning to apply for one, it’s just one if those things that’s on my to-do list. My other reason is that I haven’t been completely committed to pole recently, I have been very on and of . So I need to prove to myself that I can commi . I’m feeling pretty positive about it at the moment! Hopefully I will have a star soon. 🙂

Mishakitty, do you go to a studio in town at all? The lessons can be viewed on most smart phones and tablets, so you could watch them there if home doesn’t work for you.
-
There is a studio in town, but I have never been there. I also work from home, so I do not go down the mountain that often. We tend to go down just for groceries and other needs. Its a bummer because I am at the point where lessons would really be helpful for certain stuff. Plus my hubby is getting into it and we are considering getting another pole for the house.
-
MishaKitty, have you tried turning the bitrate down? Our player uses the highest rate that your internet connection supports. You can turn it down by clicking the HD button, the 360p frame size will reduce your download rate by about 60%.
-
No I have not tried that yet, good idea. I will watch some of the other poler videos on here over the weekend and see how that affects my gbs. Thanks!
-
I think it’s unfair that some people want longer trial period the moment that no one else offers you, not even one day trial! For example the instructional dvds are so expensive and you have no idea if these going to meet your expectations. I will buy the lessons as soon as I got my pole 🙂
