    thats what he said to put a rug but im really anal about the way things look lol i know i know https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif but i never thought of yoga mats that might look better. I am so stoked about putting my pole back up i havent been on it in 5 days now and im feenin lol i just hope i didnt loose to much strength and grace https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

    ok so i put my pole up without anything underneath also its more flexible with 2 extensions is that normal? and now the hubbys worried there will be a indent in the ceiling….but its on a stud he checked 3 times and even went in the attic lol anyways any thoughts would be appriciated thanks!

    longer poles are more bendy naturally. I don’t know if that will increase it’s chances of leaving a mark but it is natural.

    my pole has only left indents in the paint which can easily be fixed when u move out if u are a renter! I am just going to lightly sand over it, but honestly i dont think my landlord will notice! i think this also has to do with my guy friends playing around on my pole! they are a lot stronger/heavier and on spin mode they really put that pole to work!! i am sure u will be fine and will be able to get your security deposit back with minor touch ups!!
