Hurt my side when doing the Helicopter
Hi all
Hope you’re having a lovely Friday! I went to the gym today to do my favourite class – pole of course. Attempted to do the helicopter for the first time, but was adviced to go back upwards in reverse motion so to say… and backwards down. Not to do helicopter and slide down. Never seen anyone do that before but figured my instructor could do it.I’ve seriously hurt my side now… something must have snapped, got a really sharp nasty pain that hurts whatever I do… like it’s absolutely awful… aoow!
Happened to anyone else?
