Hi, I’m looking for individual pole classes this summer in north/central London – any ideas?

You could look at the list of pole schools on wikipole and try talking to some of them.

I’m currently doing my lessons with Pole Dancing School. They have a dedicated pole studio in East London Old Street. The teachers are really lovely and the school provides other services such as conditioning training, practice sessions and aerial hoop classes. The thing I love about this school is that they assess you before you move up a level as opposed to other schools where they just push you forward and you may not even be ready.

I’m in East London…I’ve tried a few different ones and I have to second the pole dancing school, have done a few classes with them and Elena is amazing.
