  Help! Who knows this move?

  Hi, I found a great move, but I don't know the name of it and I really have no idea how to get in to this move…

  You are welcome 🙂 I'm hoping that like every other pole move it gets to the point that it it doesn't hurt. I hope someone whose mastered this can let us know!

  First time i tried that was about 5 or 6 months ago, just did it, took the picture and never wanted to try again! until recently… at first hurt a lot but I tried to do it a couple times each practice and in a few weeks the pain was gone. still pinches a little bit when I dont get the leg at the exact place, but its fine 🙂

  You might be able to get into this move from a dragonfly or gold rush. Just press your body up and grab that hooked leg.
