Help!! Putting my pole back up
Posted by Polewalker916 on September 10, 2014 at 8:11 pmSo I got to take my pole down for the first time and move it to it’s new space in our garage!!! It was simple to take down and it’s up again as well my question is the bottom portion I don’t think my cover adjuster cover went that high before although it is flush with where it screwed into. Is it normal down there? Maybe I never noticed it before? Help please!!

Sorry, posting in a rush…I’d also email xpole customer service the pics and story and ask their advice.

So basically I may need to switch to the next longer extension piece? I can’t find my manual thx tropicalpole

Yes you need extension piece 🙁 sorry
Call or email xpole. -
Idk I thought the pole came with a few extension sizes. I have to search for my bag and see what other pieces are there my ceiling is only about 8 ft.

Yep you should have A pole, B pole and 2 extensions, then if ceiling under 8 feet 2 add the 125mm extension, if 8 feet 2.5 inches to 8 foot 7 inches the 250mm bit, if 8 foot 6 to 9 feet then both extensions and if over 9 feet, get the longer extension, which is 450mm I think, from memory, not sure. Over 11 feet you must have permanent mount, most places I know use mounts if over ten feet.

Thank u thank u 🙂 I have 125 on now and ceiling is 8’2″ so I’m going up to the 250mm and all should be well!!! Ahhhh can’t wait to pole in my new space!!!!

Update:
