Hey everyone!!
I’m so excited to have found this site!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I recently got my new xpert, And I’ve been having a lot of fun with it. Lucky I haven’t needed to work on a whole lot of strengthening yet, Because I was working out with a trainer hard before I started my poling…But I’m working on gripping the pole with my legs in different positions and getting used to the pain!Oh! Does anyone know a good glossary of pole moves?!? I’ve found some on different sites….it seems like everyone has different names for the moves…So It’s hard for me to keep up with a lot of the "pole move" terminology here xD
I’m looking forward to hearing back from everyone, and again…SO EXCITED I found this site!lol! -

The best directory I have found so far is wikipole.org. It lists pretty much all the multiple names for moves.
