Hi girls !!!
My name is Veronika, and since I discover the great benefits of Pole dancing i’m just amazed and wanting to learn more… I hope I can get as strong as all of you some day in the future https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif recently im having upper arm pain and its pretty difficult for me to get on the pole without feeling it …

Welcome! I loved Peru when I got to go for a month last year, didn’t get to spend much time in Lima though. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Take it slow if you’re having upper arm pain. I’ll hope that it goes away soon.

Hi, thanks on your really kind messages girls ! I have been off for a while and resting a bit and yes my upper arm is feeling much better … I’ve being doing some yoga to get more strength and flexibility as it is is not that hard as lifting weight … its doing wonders for me… and as the videos… reviewing your posts and videos on the site has helped me lots ! Hope I can post a video in a time.
