  Front splits on a budget: tips

  Hi ladies! I finally got my open front splits, if only on the right side, and did it without spending on the equipment I really wanted. I thought it might be helpful to share some of the videos, approaches, and substitute items I used so I will be doing a series on that at our blog Flexines.blogspot.com/adAstra.
