Fantastic French Competition
Hi ladies & gents – just in case some of you have missed these vids, its from a comp in France back in Sept last year. I would give links of individual performances but there are so many beautiful ones I can’t choose my favourite (there’s even one from Suzie Q). And there’s also a male PD, clearly a former ballerino.
I swear I’d blink and it seems like they’re wearing pointe shoes, not heels. Some stunningly beautiful dancing, transitions and holds, this is what I’d love to be able to do… eventually.

The venue and setup was absolutely stunning and really inspired me to what I’d like the pole events that I’m involved in, in the future, to be.
The men’s category featured 4 dancers and the women’s 7 I think. The idea of dancing in ONE point shoe is just too clever… and the women’s champion really won my heart with her original and almost contemporary style. Loves!
