  Exchange policies?

  Hey, I’m new here. I should’ve read this forum before the purchased my first X Pole. I purchased the 45mm pole through this site yesterday and from what I’ve read, I think I made a mistake. Does anybody know what the exchange policies are on the X Pole?

  what do you want to change?? The size? If you let me know ASAP I could try and get your order changed. We have already placed your order and are waiting for the tracking info.

  Hey Veena, sorry for the hassle on the exchange…Yeah, I would like to change the pole size to 50mm, is it still possible?
