It really bothers me to see posts of, STRETCH EVERYDAY!! how will you heal that way? if you are NOT flexible you are more likely to cause injury than anything and loose what you have gain. Thank you ladies for all your honesty and transparency!!
I have trouble with my back flex it’s been the most difficult for me I can’t understand why I can do a back bend with the pole but I can’t push up from the floor into it it’s frustrating. It’s taken me almost 2 years now to get close to my front splits and I’m still working to get them flat and I have a good wide straddle. I don’t stretch everyday just 2 to 3 times a week I tried the everyday thing and I wasn’t getting any where at all.
