  Cupid on spinning pole

  I cannot get a cupid at all on spinning pole. I can do it consistently on static, but I just can’t get the hook on spinning. Anyone got any tips? Is this just harder on spin pole? Should I be spinning forwards or backwards?

  I think it’s harder on spin pole! spinning backwards is easier for me and doing it from a side climb at first was easier, then once I got good at that I tried Gemini
