My boyfriend showed me this vid. These super strong men do incredible things with their bodies. They are awesome polers!!! This vid made my bf want to start poling with me 🙂 YAY!!!!

Is there any way for out of shape people to get into this? My boyfriend is interested but I don’t see any “Get Started” moves, it all looks pretty fancy.. Though it could be just to show off what you can do after. Anyone know what beginning level is like?

I would start with something like p90x and lifting. There are many superhuman moves in there but I would modify them to best suite what I know my body’s capable of. You gotta start somewhere, ya know? We went to the local park and my bf was doing modified versions and it gave him quite the workout!
