Bahhhhhh!
Grrrr. I feel so retarded on some of these spins. I am pro at reverse grabs, the v cradle spin, and most standard hand grab spins, but oh lordy I cannot do the tuck or pole hold spin for the life of me. The high up grips are soooooo awkward! I can do the pole hold spin with my hand opposite of the way Veena holds hesr. My top hands don't like spinning in the direction that my top hand's fingers are pointed. Any tips?????? Basically I can do any spin where my dominant hand is spinning in the opposite direction of where my fingers are pointed, but if I reverse that, I am a flailing fish.
