  Back pain from having kids? and the pole

  Ok now i have had 2 eperdurals ( spelling is off i know) both have gone wrong, yes just my luck! anyway point is my back kills me all the time now, i have tried everything! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif is pole dancing going to make it worse? i stretch good before and after and when it starts getting bad i stop. does this happen to any other moms? if so any tips?
