Don’t worry – yesterday was a rest day with just hand and forearm exercises and toe pointing! You’ve not missed out and you can easily do day 2 straight after day 3, plus the abs are very quick if you are doing that and can be slotted into 6 minutes, no need to warm up.
Missing one day doesn’t mean setting fire to the whole thing! Just pop it back in whenever.

Didn’t get to start the challenge today guys 🙁 I FINALLY started to put up my pole yesterday and had a number of issues; either I didn’t measure my ceiling correctly or something because I need an extension…there’s a big gap at the base of my pole but the good thing is, I can still use it for the challenge while I’m waiting for the extension so I’ll be starting tonight when I get off and will do a double some time this weekend to catch up.
My Get Bent stretch DVD arrives today too and I’ll be doing that tomorrow

Hi guys! Missed day 3 today as I had my graduation after work and now I’m tucked up in bed for a early night. Will catch up tomorrow before I go to my first aerial silks class. Very excited! Hope you all have a lovely weekend! 🙂

Day 3 done 🙂 @ mama d …. Glad you’re trying to stop the negative self talk sometimes we can be our own worst enemy… I sometimes get the same way and down on myself but I know that this is an individual challenge mostly and this group is here for support not to condemn if you missed it a day or two etc keep on trying YOUR best and we’ll be there to listen and cheer you on 🙂 congrats!!!

I can’t wait until I can change my profile pic to be a picture of me doing something on the pole. As soon as I can hold the Pole Hold for 5 seconds I’m gonna post that as my first accomplishment and my profile pic. lol.

Day 4 legs/feet stuff done despite sabotaging efforts of my 3 year old, also did very hardcore acro pole class so am bit knackered and was feet relieved it was ab rest day and 30 day take off rejuvenation day! -

Damn it, had to take a break for a few days so I’ve got some catching up to do! Gonna catch up the 4 days over the next 2 days and get back on track. Looks like everyone’s doing well though.

Dang I’m slackin ! Having to make substitutions since I don’t have a pole right now. And after not working out for a month my body is confused and loving this;) going to day 3 today and possibly 4 tonight .. I’m accepting the fact that I have to slow down. Thanks for the oooooommmmmppppppffffff ladies, im needing the motivation!!

Day 5 take off and abs done, fitted some of it into pole jam and did the rest when I got home. Let myself off the rows because went a bit crazy doing gemini handstands at the studio.

Didn’t get my Veena workout today. Been busy this weekend, working and still trying to spend time with hubby too. I’ll try to do day 10 tomorrow. Have a good week everyone.
