  Ankle weights

  I’ve recently bought ankle weights and wondered if anyone had some good methods of strength training with them?

  Any sort of leg movements or lifts. I’m sure Veena’s lower body training video would be made that much harder with ankle weights on!

  Be sure that if you do choose to train things like inverts and leg lifts you’re engadging the proper muscle groups and not doing too many reps as this could cause over use of the hip flexors😊
