refer to women because a man at the same weight is built much differently:

Many woman at your weight range can do a lot. Many women who weigh less cannot do as much as women who weigh more. I’ve seen very strong women at that size so it’s really individual.

No matter what you weigh, if you loose weight it will be easier for YOU to improve anything that you do. Just think of it this way, drop 14 pounds or a stone and that’s 14 pounds less you have to lift.

However you can do a lot if you are strong and condition yourself properly. Pole dancing is more about physics than anything else.

You’ll be fine flossybear! I’d tell you to make sure you have a good pole no matter what your weight was if you’re in the market for one.

The more you practice the stronger you’ll get and next thing you know you’ll be doing all that cool looking stuff and suprising your self! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

The girls are right….anyone can pole dance, just be sure to use proper form. Taking a class or getting the lessons here if you have a home pole is a good idea. And don’t worry about the inverting….there are tons of fun things you can work on without using an invert!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
