Aerial Yoga
Maybe I’m out of the loop, but I just discovered the sport of aerial yoga today at a fitness expo. It looks crazy awesome https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif like something you’d see in NYC or LA, but I learned that it’s available locally in Charleston, SC. It involves aerial silks, but they are suspended low (waist height). I think it would match well with what I’m learning in pole classes. Although I probably can’t really take on a whole new hobby right now, it would be fun to dabble in it sometime.

I love it! I take a class every Saturday and am working on tissu as well…it really is a great stretch and sooooo much fun you don’t realize how hard you are working until the end (or at the abs section lol) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

oh i so wish there was anything ariel around here. we just finally got a beginner pole class in the area, buit no ariel hoops, silks etc anywhere close. i think it would be awsome to dabble as you say. sounds like so much fun!
