I am going to join in the fun 🙂 Been babying a bruised elbow/forearm, stupid remodeling… Always a good time to do a refresher. I need structure to make me revisit the basics and I def need to. Everyone knows it is tough to keep up with all the stuff you want and my basics are rusty. Being able to iron x is not too impressive if everything else, the bulk of the dance, is sloppy. I have already been working on my goal of opposite sides.. but need to get on the next one… back to basics! With this system I may actually keep on track. Thanks Veena, wish me luck! *excited*

Hey, I've been a member for a while but haven't been on the site much in about 6 or 8 months. SO, this may sound like a stupid question but, where is the 30 Day Take Off located as far as daily task, tips, etc.? Thanks ya'll! I look forward to getting to know you all better and improve my pole skills!!

hi everyone! I am starting the 30 day challenge tonight after work. I have a pole now and want to do some fun stuff with it without ending up injured so this is great!!!!

Going to do day 2 today. I need a "rest day" today and did day 1 Monday… Yes I am missing days in the first week but I am going to get back on track. 🙂

I made it to day 8 a couple weeks ago but then got super sick and had to stay in bed for a week and a half : ( But I did day 1 today! I decided to start agian from the beginning to do it right. Can't wait to actually FINNISH something lol.

can anyone help me form like a weekly schedule for the 30 day takeoff? cuz like,okay,say monday i start with day 1,that day will be strengthening or.such and then conditioning excercises right? i can do all of the.conditioning lessons for a muscle group focus like arms and shoulders yes? okay got that,but then like on the rest day i know i can do cardio but anything else? i guess im just asking for ideas and exapmles of your guys schedule for this series program…any input is appreciated

How long have you been poling/what is your current fitness level? What does your current exercise routine look like? Know what you are doing now may help someone give you suggestions for integrating this program. 🙂

Hi – The lessons will tell you exactly what to do for each day, but if you want to add other stuff that is low impact I think you should feel free. The most important thing is to give yourself rest in between, so if you worked on upper body one day, make sure not to do too much with your upper body the next day.
I add a bunch of stuff in with the lessons veena has. I usually do the veena lessons for the day, and then I will do my s factor workout/yoga/pilates/bellydance/stretching (not all every day.) I try to focus on one muscle group at a time so I don't over work my body. I usually split up my workouts so I do half in the morning and half in the afternoon. Then on my rest days I do all the stuff like cleaning and office work that I should have done the day before when I was dancing instead : ) On rest days I feel like I can do my s factor DVD, low impact bellydance, and light yoga.
Veena or someone else could probably answer you better. I could post my schedule if you want? I'm a little shy about posting it becasue it makes me look a little crazy : )

Ibelieveinunicorns….I don't have you doing just cardio on rest days. I tell you what to do EACH day even on rest days. All you need to do is what is listed under the main video player. Those lessons are the "tasks" for the day. So everyday for 30 days go to the day your on and do the lessons placed below the player. Does that make sense?

The rest day exercises are really great too! I never realized I needed foot exercises/stretches but when I did those they felt amazing! I'm a dog walker and so am on my feet ALL the time and they hurt a lot, but the foot exercises made them feel happy : )

I just started this yesterday, finally got my lessons back! 🙂 So I am now on day 2 and I think this is awesome so far! I can see how this is going to help me even after the 30 days setting up a schedule for myself. I have been so unorganized with my workout schedule up until now so I am really excited for this 🙂

Hello all of you! I'm thinking about starting this program since I think I need something to structure my workouts, but then again I have lots of other exercises in my life as well… And well, a life. So I was wondering if this would be something for me? And how much time does it take per day approx? Want to know so that I could plan this into my schedual 😉 or if I should just wait until I got more time, but then it's a riskt that taht wont happen in a while… :/ Thank you for your answer!

Hi all! I am interested in joining the current 30 day take off challenge. Since I purchased my Lil'Minx a few months ago I have really wanted to build strength etc…. so I can pole but no.
So, I am hoping this will both build strength for this newbie and get me into the habit of practice and training. A lifelong habit is the goal.
