    Anyways…

     

    'What i wanted to ask is … I have been doing the 30 Day SV Core strength challenge and it says there is a V sit…. is this the hello boys move or the V sit like in Pilates, or something else entirely?? I have watched the reference video on YouTube like 20 times and it doesn't show it and i am lost so i have been doing everything else and the V sit alternative move provided, but i would like to do the actual V sit if I knew which one it was lol

    In the video, there's another move (leg lift i believe) it says thats a replacement for the v sit 🙂

    Or are you saying there is no V Sit and that its just the alternative
