I'm hoping to stretch as much as I can, because my body is falling apart without my workout and stretches!

I'd say that even if you don't get the full splits, show you're progress! Stretching is hard and we need to enjoy the little progresses we do make!

AerialGypsy is right. Post photos or videos along your journey regardless of where you’re starting or where you get to. Last year I came close to splits for Xmas but did not quite get there. I posted pics anyways and continued stretching and by spring I had a consistent split on one side.
The title of the challenge is a little intimidating for many and maybe even a little misleading. You don’t have to get a flat split by Xmas, the goal is to try to make progress from wherever you are. Some who have splits may be working on oversplits, others may just be trying to touch their toes, and that’s okay. Don’t compare yourself to others and just enjoy your own personal journey. Now let’s all go stretch! -

Thanks quirky! I was a block of wood when I first began, couldnt even touch my toes. Im soo far off my middles though and completely neglected them so time to start 🙂 plus ive kind of platued and been at that point in side splits for a while. Stayin square and them last few inches is not coming easy!

I'm in, too. I lost quite a bit of flexibility over the summer due to traveling, but I'm back on the horse. My right side is close, but my left is far off.

I am in! I don't think I will be all the way down but it will give me a goal to get a good picture at Christmas that I am proud off. My lack of flexibility is just embarrassing! It doesn't help that my job involves standing all day so I am really tight in my hips and legs now.
