    Awesome!
I don’t know anything about xpole, so someone else will answer that question!

BUT. I think it’s way cool that you went from silks to pole! And congratulations on your success! And your english is great!

yah i had a bit of a hard time today figuring out the extension thing. according to them i can use either a 125 OR 250 one for my ceiling, but the 250 one was too big, and at first it seemed like the 125 one was too small.

i cant help you on that, but that’s awesome that you could do those moves on your 2nd day!! wow.. everything is incredibly hard for me.

Thank you very much. I wrote to x-pole ‘contact us’ mail and they only said:

"If the pole is 2710mm ceiling then you will not need to buy any extensions " https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif

Sorry, I think that I wrote something wrong… I’m practicing now aerial silks and trapeze for 3 months… I think "2-3 moth ago’ is past, don’t it? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif

Aerial silks and trapeze, above all, make you strong, because that, I can do invert basic and crucifix in the second practice day. If I tried it months ago, I’m sure that I couldn’t do it . Anyway, pole is hard, it’s no easy, for me is incredibly hard too…
