In the old plank challenge thread, we discussed starting Veena’s Ab challenge in August. I’m still up for it if anyone else is. I think Veena said she’d repost the schedule and instructional video. I just wanted to see if anyone is in… let’s start gearing up!

I’ll give it a shot too! I only made it about halfway through the 30-day plank challenge but I will say it held a plank FAR longer than I ever did on my own.
