  help!!! tight hip

  hi all,

  one of my hips is super tight.  any pointers to loosen the hip would be very helpful.  it feels awkward doin some moves and want to get balanced!!!

  you should try foam rollers they really help me! i have the tight hip problem to! Venna has some great videos on foam rollers on here or if you dont have the lessons on here just yet you can youtube it 🙂 hope it helps!

  yep I have foam roller lessons that would help and stretches as well.
