Dolphin Push ups
					In this video I’ll introduce you to a wonderful exercise to strengthen your core and shoulders. Dolphin push-ups are helpful when training for elbow stands, forearm stands, and handstands too.
Suggested sets and reps: 6-12 reps, 1-4 sets, 3 times per week.
