30 Day Caterpillar: Day 30
Duration: 00:20:42
Today I’ve swapped out the mentioned warm-up videos for a newer, more modern option. Below are tips to help you make this a successful day.
- Make sure you are fully warmed up by using the routine placed in the lesson.
- Check that your legs and hands feel like they have enough tack to them to grip the pole without sliding.
- It’s perfectly acceptable to use appropriate grip aids or grip clothing.
- Always work from as close to the floor as possible and use a crash mat.
- Know that even if you haven’t managed a full caterpillar, just working on all of these routines and exercises has made you stronger!
Pro tip: There’s never any level you need to reach in order to benefit from pole dance. Enjoy the journey—it’s not a race.
How did you do today? I hope you enjoyed your time with me here. Congratulations on completing this program.
Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.
Below is a list of direct links to each full-length tutorial you worked on in today’s session. Remember you only need to click on these if you’d like more help or information.
And done! When I started this program, I could do 1-2 caterpillars in a row. This morning I was able to do 4-6 (physically, I could probably do more, but I kept running out of pole). Thanks Veena!
That is great news!! Thank you for letting me know 💜💜
Done! I feel much better and stronger in my Caterpillar, ready to progess to Ayesha and other moves that build up on Caterpillar. I could do Caterpillar already when I started the program and I thought it was an OK one. This program proved me wrong. I was not even close to how my Caterpillar feels and looks now 😊
