Today is a full rest day, so don’t do any other training.

Pro tip: Did you know that sitting for extended periods of time can make you feel stiffer and more sore? With that said, make sure to move around today even though it’s a rest day. Being sedentary can cause recovering muscles to feel stiff. I also can’t stress the importance and benefits of drinking enough water for recovery.
