Today you’ll work on the building block skills for a strong Caterpillar and do some mobility training after trick practice. Spinning pole students, remember you must be very confident with the static version before working on spinning pole.
Pro tip: Remember to look at your notes to confirm if you need to increase your resistance or reps. The strength exercises should be challenging, not easy. If you can perform 8 reps without struggle, you need to increase your resistance.
