Burpee
I’m not a huge fan of training with burpees, but they were very popular a while back, so I thought breaking them down might help you. I’ve separated the burpee exercise into different parts, allowing you to work up to doing full burpees.
Suggested sets and reps: 8-15 reps, 2-4 sets, 2 times per week.
