Adductor Massage
 
					This one makes me giggle a bit. This exercise is great if you’re training for middle splits.
Made up of 4 muscles: ADDUCTOR BREVIS, ADDUCTOR LONGUS, ADDUCTOR MAGNUS, ADDUCTOR MINIMUS.
