Today you’ll start with training your leg lines before moving on to learning about foot action while wearing heels, you’ll practice this a few times then finish with some stretches and massage for your hard working feet.
Pro tip: I’ll give you some quick tips for proper foot action (how to move your foot) while wearing dance heels. Don’t stress over the pole walk examples I share. If you can’t do them right away, it’s not a problem. If you’re interested in focused training for dancing in heels, try my Dancing in heels program. One last thing to mention, if you struggle with bent knees during inverts and straddle poses, the micro bend routine can make a huge difference. However, this isn’t magicโyou can’t do this once and have great lines from now on.
