    My mail logs are showing “Service Unavailable” for your email address. This doesn’t tell us much. It could be that your email service has decided we are spam or they could be experiencing service failures. You would have to call your email service provider to determine what is going on.

    We don’t have a limit to video uploads. The most likely cause is that your iPad is too full to compress the video. Veena has found that her phone and iPad fail silently when they don’t have enough space. It can take a significant amount of disk space to perform the actual compression.

    Definitely take it down. Even if people are ok with pole they might not know what the effect on the house is of having it up.

    It’s less likely that its your phone and more likely that its your carrier. Does it work better when you are attached to Wifi as opposed to the network?

    Sarah, it appears your account was made using a facebook login. Perhaps the computer was logged in as someone else?

    Ok I removed the feature that was causing this issue we’d love to see your new free-style.

    I will be pulling the feature tonight that inhibited sleep mode during an upload. It seems it is simply not compatible with file uploads.

    Can you go ahead and try uploading again? There was a bug I introduced this weekend when I added functionality to keep mobile devices from sleeping during uploads. It should work 100% now please let me know if you still run into issues.
