Dusty could you reply to me at webmaster@studioveena.com with how you created the video (what type of phone) and where you are trying to upload it on the site.
-
@PoleMars please email me at webmaster@studioveena.com I’d like to work through this with you and find out why your video is failing. I may have to change some settings in our transcoder.
-
@PoleMars could you please attempt reuploading your video. There seems to have been a hiccup. While the video made it to our servers the transcoder didn’t pick it up.

Mystical, some phones work better than others with those type of accessories. There should be information online regarding your phone and how it works with an HDMI adapter.

We sold poles for many years. We stopped selling them a couple years ago. Between supply issues and the fact that everyone became an authorized reseller for one of the big pole companies it was no longer worth the hassle.
The StudioVeena.Com Lil Mynx pole was a collaboration with Lil Mynx that we discontinued as their powder coating company no longer wanted to do the special dual layer coating we had selected.

One of the best ways to condition and prepare for your invert/s is with Veena’s invert program. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view_category/Nailed_It_Pole_Programs

You will need a vaulted permanent mount and a piece of 2×8 lumber adequate to span your joists. Simply cut the 2×8 to span the two joists you would like to apan connect it to each joist then position your mount between them. You may want to double up the 2×8 for additional rigidity.

That particular combination is difficult.
iPhone will only mirror to Apple TV. If you had an android device you would be able to mirror to the Roku. If you had an Apple TV you would be able to mirror from the iPhone.
Your particular combination provides no easy avenue to projection. Your best bet would be to hook a laptop up via and HDMI cable.
-
There are a lot of factors involved here.
If your phone is an Apple and you have an Apple TV you can stream directly either from the app or from the website in safari.
If you have an android device many smart TVs have a projection app that will allow you to stream the contents of your screen to the TV.
If you have an Android phone and and Android TV or Chromecast you can use the Home app on your phone to cast to your TV.
In the end your solution will depend on the components you are using. If you could share what type of phone you have, whether you are using the app or the website and what your TV is perhaps we can assist more.

If you are unable to get it working please feel free to contact me using the contact form and we’ll make sure you can get into your app.

The most common problems are that you mistyped your email or password. If you don’t remember your assigned password you can change it by visiting https://www.studioveena.com/users/edit

I’m looking into this right now. Thank-you for letting us know.

When you purchase in the App you only get access in the App. When you purchase on the website you get access to the website and the App.
The other advantage to the website subscription is that Veena will answer questions in the comments section, so you have direct access to Veena herself.
-
We don’t offer any way to save the lessons to your devices.
Instead consider using our app or mobile website. Either will let you stream our videos to your device over your mobile data plan.
-
The easiest way to cancel a membership is to just find your most recent transaction from StudioVeena.Com. When you click on it there will be a link for your subscription information. From there you will have the ability to cancel.
-
If you purchase on the app on iTunes or Google Play store your subscription is managed through those stores. It does not tie to the website and the pricing reflects the different functionality of the app.

AdministratorOctober 31, 2017 at 5:46 pm in reply to: Is app subscription different from website? The app is a simpler product with its own subscription. However you get complimentary access to the app with a StudioVeena.Com subscription so you could cancel your monthly on Apple and purchase the Halloween sale now for 50% off our normal price.
The reason we opted for a separate pricing model for the App was to give people an option of a lower price point. With the app you get a smaller feature set and no access to Veena personally plus we have a much smaller infrastructure footprint.
Online Veena helps through comments and emails plus you get the benefit of everyone’s experience.
Even our online pricing is far less expensive than anyone else’s and you get the best lessons available for that price.

AdministratorOctober 14, 2017 at 2:16 pm in reply to: For Webmaster: re Creepy Ballerina Routinehookedonpole, if I remember correctly you are in California. My suspicion is that you are simply having bandwidth issues as California’s internet is overtaxed between failed nodes and carrying communications for the fires that are going on in the North Bay area. The intertubes in that area are struggling to keep up. You will notice less impact on sites like Youtube and Netflix because a multi-billion dollar budgets and infrastructure gives them more ability to scale around issues like this and more buying power to gain priority on limited access connections.
If that is not the case there are several reasons this can happen.
1) Slow internet can prevent your browser from caching the video in the time that it is allowed to do so.
2) A broken browser cache can cause this
3) A malware infection on your computer can sometimes cause this as wellPotential resolutions:
1) You can test your internet speed at http://www.fast.com
2) Restart your browser
3) Clear your browser cache and restart your computer
4) Use a package like Malwarebytes or Trend micro antivirus to test and clean your machine -
To get your videos to be full screen you simply need to turn your iPhone 5 on its side when recording. If it doesn’t provide a wide enough angle the add on wide angle lenses you can get on Amazon and elsewhere will often provide you the angle you need.
Now as for a new phone. The newer phones use a larger sensor with better lenses and do have a slightly wider viewing angle. Once again you can add an external clip on lens to get the viewing angle you are looking for.
-
If you already have a good phone but would like a wider angle consider something like this https://www.amazon.com/Xenvo-iPhone-Camera-Lens-Clip/dp/B01A6D2JVI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1506276628&sr=8-2&keywords=iphone+wide+angle+lens
AND don’t forget to turn your phone on its side when you record.
