It takes a brave women to walk away something or someone who is your poison. I wish you the bestest luck.
It will be new and hard in the beginning but thru pain happiness comes. I have made the same brave stand in my life and I thank God for it. I am so much happier and in a safer better place in my life. It gave me room to find someone else who makes me happy, who treats me how i want to be treated. I know i speak from every girl here when i say . We as POLE Family are here for you and any other women. We can be messaged , emailed , etc to even be a ear to vent to. God Bless. -

At walmart I bought hand sized steamer n steamed my xpole..I use alcohol before usage

Ok ladies, I am so lost in my mind overthis chrome and powder coated (pc) I have used both .I luv pc due to the grip n the unneed to warm up before use however competions n etc use chrome so would nt u just learn to use chrome..n if it is so unrelaible for instance if I’m sweaty that day I just slide off no matter wat…wat do u ladies do before a performance wat if u have chrome issues on stage..how do u warm up ur body??? I just bought my chrome xpole I can’t afford to buy a second pole powder coated

mmmm im bad at flexivbility im trying to learn that now… but as i work on that i also want to learn more pole stuff .. transitions get better everytime i practice . but i feel dumb practicing same spins and moves … im going tonight to my first beginner pole and flex class i hope to learn something more

i was looking at pole videos and think maybe im not ready to invert yet due to the fact that i have to kick my feet up against pole just to get up…sucks if im not ready for that yet what else can i do..spins are so boring already ….i dnt know what else to learn that is basic

@CALILPOLEPIXIE girl if I was known to go with the norm…i would not be me… even at work I have nicknames for my i dnt give a F@## i am me personalitly.. I poled for what..barely two months and learned to do about two spins LMAO and i already posted with pride on my fb..yes i was a lil scared and now dealing with the consequences but hey thoses are skills and talents… I also play the drums and post videos of me playing at home to songs… people can critizie me on that also but oh well… i just found you on FB lol i probably should make a cute fb and add you on their and who ever else wants to be on there lol
