There is a PDC move guide available on their website for about £30 the pics aren’t great but a good collection of moves in there, also I have seen some other books just came out in beginner intermediate and advanced. i think they may be on Bad Kitty. If you look on Amazon there are also a few- the pole story, a dummies guide to pole dancing and another couple

Do you actually use the roller while in the splits position? And roll the quads? can’t picture it :-$

Lyme lite what is your foam rolling regime? you seem to have made real progress in a short time.

MemberMarch 28, 2012 at 12:35 pm in reply to: Aysha…split grip vs. forearm grip vs. elbow gripI can do split grip and forerm grip, elbow grip scares me! With the forarm grip i used to be really close to pole, now i can move my hips away more. As far as spit grip goes, I am still plying around with balance and tend to rest my leg on my arm, but bringing the legs lower helps it feel more secure and yes looking up too!

Yeh have seen it on there just wondered if it was possible to paint stuff on like that or get hold of it in th UK. Its always expensive from US and I always get nailed for import tax too!

Sorry the pics haven’t come up, but if you are friends with Bendy Kate on facebook they are on there, she has leopard print patches on her body, looks awesome. I may have a go with it later, I don’t think it will be that hard to do its just staying power that’s needed!

I really would to do body makeup for pole performnace like Kate in these pics – https://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?fbid=480355864014&set=t.506329014&type=3&theater https://www.facebook.com/#!/photo.php?fbid=480355784014&set=t.506329014&type=3&theater
Or Karol in this video, I know Bad Kitty do sell these stick ons but would like to do them with make up but problem is it will smudge on the pole, hmmm any ideas??

Sorry just found the link, it is the same as I tried last night but heaps prettier.

I can't find the vid is it on youtube?? It sounds like the Rondebaut spin. i tried it last night scary but i managed it, needs work though, and yeh you need to have your hand low on the pole to avoid hitting your head.

Smokin Angel can you do a vid of your way please, would love to see it.. I struggle with this move and feel its down to lack of back flexibility. I enter it from flatline scorpio… Great thread.

Same here! She was my inspiration, I think she's doing ok, am her friend on facebook but have never met her in the flesh. She puts up posts now and again. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Of course yeh you do end up sideways if you can't hold it.
-
Don't wanna confuse the issue but when i extend my butterfly i turn my hips away from the pole and open out the chest. I am not facing the pole.

But with the cold weather I am not practising that much at the moment.
