Try taking down and put it back up first…if that doesn’t change anything then I would call them their customer service very good…they should be able to help you. They X pole has a very smooth spin.

I use a Sony Handycam. I like it… the only thing I don’t like is that I have to finalize the mini dvd it uses before I can put anything on my computer. So that means I have to fill up a whole dvd other wise I feel like I have wasted the dvd. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
