I wish X pole sent more info with the pole ….When you take the pole down its easiest to loosen all the poles first like Kerrierou mentioned then disassemble the pole…Always start with the smaller pieces first this has seemed to work the best for me.
Again if the poles are stuck brut force wont work well use the shock https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif method. Works like a charm.
One more thing make sure you have cleaned all the oily gunk off the threads BEFORE you put your pole up. If there and oil left of the treads it tends to make them stick. Having the WD40 on the treads will make it much easier to take apart.

Like others have said make sure you have installed it properly and account for any soft carpet and also be sure to check your pole every time before you jump on it after you have left it for a long period of time….temperature changes can cause the pole to become loose as your home expands and retracts.This was the problem I had with my permanent pole that fell. The carpet was soft and the weather was changing from warm to cold a lot out side. OMG NOOOOOOOO don’t buy that pole!!!! Its not safe I’ve seen you dance… your an advance dancer with some great skills this pole will come crashing down and have you on your head in no time. Sometimes you can have a problem with feeling too sticky and end up with too much friction if the humidity level is high….but on the flip side if you tend to sweat more and its humid you will slip from the sweat. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumbdown.gif Sometimes it can also be a matter of learning how tightly to hold the pole. How are you doing on all your other one handed spins??? Having a good strong shoulder is a must…remember ALWAYS hold your shoulders back and down while you spin. Are you taking the online lessons? If you are then I would refer you to that vid and I could talk you though it more. If your not then I kind of have an example for you. I did a video about the chair spin…and its the chair spin that you can use to start yourself off with to get into the reverse grab. Here…

Oh girls and guys…..I was gonna save these moves for the new lessons but…..I MIGHT just do a vid for you all on here. So let me know if your interested…I can show you the booty pop, booty shake, or booty bounce.
