Fun, fun, fun, glitter. I wish I had time to try that, there are some pretty neat places around here like that. I want to try aerial hoop!!

I just can’t wait to see it in action without extra weight on the bottom, if fact I would just really like to see what the bottom actually looks like….its never been shown..strange…. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif I do think the 38mm would be fun though. I wonder what the price will be?

I don’t want to burst anyone’s bubble here….but it seems too good to be true. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif I’m a little concerned, because the only videos they show of it, have the base covered with either sand, or what looks like heavy mats. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif I don’t know…….If anyone here has actually used this pole, I would love to hear how it holds up without the mats or covered in the sand. I’m always on the look out for new poles, the more quality poles we can get out to people the better!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

I love heels, if your not great at remembering to point your toes when you dance, heels can help you extend your leg line!! Heels can be great for working on balance, and yes, they can work on your calf muscles to some degree. Its not going to be like doing calf raises in the gym though https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif …..but it could help improve your ankle strength/stability too. I always recommend learning new moves bare foot. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

If your having pain when working on the RG, your body might not be physically prepared for this move. Its one of the most demanding moves on the shoulder and wrist, everyone wants to jump into the corkscrew and RG, these are some of the last spins you should be working on. Before working on these two, all other spins should be solid and performed with proper form. If your not doing any other strength training working in addition to pole, working on pole climbs and pole ups will help strengthen the shoulder. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif Don’t forget to work on your shoulder flexibility too. Listen to your body. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif Discomfort is normal especially on the skin during pole. Pain is a sign to stop or slow down. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Awwww great job! I was wondering if you might do that exercise! I recently just found a gadget that basically does the same thing…http://www.gripstik.com/ .but you don’t need the string. We had the dowel and string deal at the gym I use to work at!! This is a great exercise because it also strengthens your fingers too!!! Have you ever tried this grip stick thing?? I was wondering if the tension was adjustable? Nice tutorial. I posted the same thing on your vid!
